Michelle joins us with 15 years’ experience in the branded merch industry. Having built many
long-term B2B relationships with local and national companies alike, she brings a wealth of
knowledge and expertise to the Sudden Impact team. Her ability to elevate brand awareness
for her clients earned her a coveted $1MM industry award. From concept to completion, she
provides exceptional client care with her attention to detail, creative mind and passion for
promo!
In her free time Michelle enjoys daily walks with her two fur kids, staying fit, RVing in the
summer and movie watching in the winter. An avid traveler, foodie, wino and dog lover, she also
volunteers weekly for the Langley Hospice Society.

Lorianne has lived in Langley for 22 years, married for 27 years, with four grown children and a grandson. With 20 years in the dental industry and 11 in the funeral industry, she has vast experience. She has been involved in school Parent Advisory Councils and as a trainer for the North Langley Bears. She loves being a grandparent and cherishes time with her grandson. A passionate cook, she enjoys preparing comforting meals and gardening, canning, and preserving her harvest. Lorianne is dedicated to community service, loves to travel, is an avid reader and enjoys constant music in her daily life.

Allie joins Sudden Impact after 17 years in the child care field, bringing with her a strong commitment to connection, creativity, and community.
She and her husband have two wonderful children who keep life filled with laughter, learning, and inspiration. Allie enjoys games, finding new Pinterest activities to keep her children engaged, and using her Cricut to bring creativity into everyday family life. She is also actively involved in her children’s school, where she helps serve on the PAC, contributing her ideas and support to enhance the school community.
Known for her sense of humor and positive outlook Allie believes a smile and a laugh can go a long way in brightening any day.
