Shannon Roth – Mobile Brand Expert
Shannon Roth has been an active member of the Promotional Products Industry for the last 3 years. Along with attending BCIT’s Marketing program, Shannon has over 10 years of retail and purchasing experience. Easily described as fun, likable and outgoing, Shannon is a creative thinker with a charismatic personality, who prides herself on effective communication. Erika Clark – Mobile Brand Expert
Erika Clark first came on board with Sudden Impact in 2007 as our administrative assistant and has now decided to make her come back as a Sudden Impact Brand Expert. Along with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Trinity Western University, she knows a thing or two about how the Promotional Products Industry works. Kelly Begg – Mobile Brand Expert
Kelly has recently made the change to join the Sudden Impact family and brings with her over 7 years of Promotional Industry experience. Kelly went to BCIT for architectural drafting and did some work in that field as well as construction management but decided Promotional Products were her fit. When she isn’t busy selling promo items she can be found volunteering with the local lacrosse association.

You ever wonder who the spoke is that holds the wheel together at Sudden Impact. Well it’s not Warren, its Michelle the office Administrator. She apply lives up to her name as the office “Glue” by being a communicator extraordinaire, has an eye for detail and can organize like no ones business! Michelle comes from a vast background of both retail and customer service along with experience in screen printing and embroidery and she will make sure your order gets done to your satisfaction.
